Specific Event Meteorological Analysis

Whereas the design and analysis of towers requires the determination of the extreme event through statistical analysis of long periods of meteorological data, tower failure and analysis requires reconstructing the meteorological conditions surrounding the event in order to determine the cause of the failure.

ICE Inc performs forensic meteorological analysis to provide the meteorological conditions as input to the investigation.

ICE has developed software and procedures to obtain standard observation data for a site, as well as access to numerical weather prediction and satellite data to assist in the determination.
