Pricing for Standard Site Specific Analysis

The standard product available from ICE is the Site Specific Analysis for an existing tower or a proposed site.

The standard report will provide the specifics of the tower location, the source and station identifier of the meteorological data used in the analysis, the situation resulting in the maximum extreme wind, the specific return period winds being requested (50 year, 700 year, 500 year, 1700 year) along with the 95% confidence interval for each return period, the profile of wind with height, the glaze icing (freezing precipitation) or rime icing (in cloud icing) and the companion wind for each.

Because a major component in the analysis is the preparation of the meteorological data for the nearest airport or climate observation station, ICE charges for this component only if the recent data has not already been prepared for the station. Similarly, the icing analysis is provided on request from the client.

For this reason we generally will prepare a specific quote for the site. Just specify the location of the tower site (latitude, longitude, elevation) and the tower height, and whether there is an existing tower, and specify if icing analysis will be required along with company information for the quote, and we will send a quote for preparing the site specific analysis report, generally within one or two business days.

The turnaround time for a standard report is 2 to 3 business days from receipt of the quote, which can be further expedited in rush cases.

Obtain a Price Quote for Directional Site Specific

For a directional site specific assessment specify the location of the tower site (latitude, longitude, elevation) and the tower height, and whether there is an existing tower, and specify if icing analysis will be required along with company information for the quote, and we will send a quote for preparing the site specific analysis report, generally within one or two business days.

The turnaround time for a directional site specific report is 3 to 4 business days from receipt of the quote.

Special Arrangements Quote

For large orders where the opportunity exists to share data we can quote a package price. We have also negotiated standing order contracts with some companies to simplify ordering of new reports.

Once a report is issued, we are available to help the client with any questions. If third party discussions are required, such as with inspectors, we can provide services on a time recovery basis to help our client resolve any issues.
